  • Immediately cap the cost of prescription drug co-pays
  • Prevent drug company price gouging
  • Create a Premium Protection Fund to reduce the effect of drug prices on health care premiums
  • Require drug companies to finally justify drug prices and report how much they spend on marketing, research and development.
