I am on one of the Transformation Committees and just received this from the Oregon Health Authority. All Oregonians should take time to provide input.
Dear work group members,
The Oregon Health Authority work group public input page is now up and running and ready for public comment at www.oha.oregon.gov. Stakeholders and members of the public are encouraged to respond to the same questions posed to work groups during breakout sessions. Work group members who wish to provide further input to these questions are also invited to use the convenient online survey.
Between now and November, the site will be updated the week following work group meetings and will remain open for two weeks. For that period, responses will be accepted for questions posed during breakout sessions. All responses will be shared with the Oregon Health Policy Board at their monthly meeting.
To use the survey, scroll through the pages to find the breakout questions for each work group. Visitors are encouraged to answer as many or as few of the questions as they wish.

Just went through this request for input. It will take more than a few minutes, as it requires looking at handout material given to the transformation committees. Very thoughtful, but deep questions. Hope you’ll take the time to go through the steps.
