What to do if you are no longer able to log in
We've had some users experience problems logging-in with Internet Explorer on Windows computers. This problem may be intermittent or constant.
Some users have been able to solve this issue by deleting the browsing history. (We believe that the key things is to delete are the "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies." If deleting those does not work, you may try deleting all browsing history.)
In Internet Explorer 7, go to Tools, then pick Internet Options. There, you'll see "Browsing history" on the "General" tab. Click the "Delete..." button, then you'll see the options for various things you can delete ("Temporary Internet Files," "Cookies," or "Delete all...")
Another option for Windows users is to use the Firefox browser instead of Internet Explorer. You can download it for free at www.mozilla.com.
